  • Leading a team consisting of 25 people in our two companies Balticsofa and BS Classic and manage work in the supply chain department, which is responsible for purchase, warehouses, customers service and logistic;
  • A member of the management team.

Job description and main tasks

  • Full responsibility for the supply chain process based on strong negotiation with suppliers and team management skills;
  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers;
  • Effective formation and implementation of supply strategy;
  • Collaborate with Product development, Production and other teams;
  • Determine key supply chain KPIs and other.

Requirements

  • Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager for 5 year;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • A structured leading of a team of skilled people in the department;
  • Fluent English communication skills;
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Team player, critical thinker and problem –solving skills;
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
